Major Medical Health Plan

Modified Health Plan
Part-time employees are eligible, no medical questions asked, pre-exisiting conditions covered.

Short and Long Term Disability
Coverage is available for time lost due to sickness or accident.

Group and Individual Life Insurance
Employees can purchase life insurance benefits up to two times their annual salary.

Dental Plan
With our dental plan you can go to the dentist of your choice.

401K
As an employer you are able to offer your employees an outstanding 401(k) Retirement Plan.

Section 125 Cafeteria Plan
Out of pocket expenses on our Medical or Dental plans are reimbursed automatically, your employees do not have to worry about saving receipts for co-pays, deductibles or coinsurance.

Vision Insurance
$10.00 co-pay for vision exam, $20.00 co-pay for your lenses, $130 allowance for frames at network provider. $105 benefit for the purchase of contacts at any provider.

Human Resource Services
Our staff does one-on-one enrollments with your employees to review benefits available.

Cancer Plan
Benefits for radiation/chemotherapy can be reimbursed up to $7,500 a month.

Critical Illness
Benefits upon diagnosis of heart attack, invasive cancer, stroke, kidney failure, paralysis and other diagnosis.

Accident Insurance
Coverage available for employee, spouse and children. Medical benefits and disability benefits.
